The Indian Premier League is the most exciting tournaments of the world and it has shown its caliber in the last week of the tournament. Almost a handful of games are remaining, and still we are playing the guessing game of which teams could possibly qualify for the four spots; is it KKR or KXIP, also we couldn't really keep RR & SRH out the equation. Again, the top three teams who are high likely to qualify, although fingers crossed because the year is 2020, are fighting among themselves to get themselves in the top two positions, just to enjoy an extra game. But, we will discuss some thrilling points of the previous week.
IMMEDIATE SUCCESS SPOILS THE FUTURE FOR CSK :
It seems like that this Chennai Super Kings is not that team that they were used to be. They had started the campaign in their old fashion beating Mumbai, but since then it's like that they don't know what to do. And the game against 4-time champions in Sharjah where they lost by 10-wickets is the perfect mirror image of their condition. The team which was to be a train in the past which had so many wheels is running like a scooter.
It seems like their immediate success has really backfired themselves by spoiling their success. And the retirement of Ms in the upcoming future will not help them at all. A lot of equations had been flying around in the social media about what could the process of a lucky way for CSK; but it's end for them, doesn't matter how sour the fact is. They finally enjoyed a win against Bangalore which was soon spoiled by Rajasthan's win against Mumbai. They have now officially become the first team to be out of the competition.

WEEK OF UNEXPECTED RESULTS :
If the last week was all about close finishes, this week is all about unexpected results and guessing games. We had expected some fight from both the teams in game no. 39 where Mohammed Siraj single handedly blew the opponents. In what we call the El Classico of Cricket, Mumbai just destroyed CSK handing them their first 10-wicket loss in the league.
Saturday show both the captains, Warner and Iyer, winning the toss choose to bowl and ended up being in the losing side. Delhi's smooth progression was haulted by Rana, Narine and Varun Chakraborty (5-wicket haul) and in a game where Hyderabad has won 80% of the game, Punjab has just snatched the 2-points from them.
Sunday is totally the vice-versa of Saturday. Captains winning the toss, opted to bat and found themselves in the wrong path. They had beat RCB, threw a lot of excitement against MI, beat DC and snatched the victory from SRH. And their victory against the Knight Riders has ensured that they have a fair chance to make it into the playoffs.
The upcoming and last week of the IPL-2020 will show us all the four top teams and we will about what went right and wrong for all the teams.
